What we collect when you request a quote, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you use the quote request form, email or call us, we receive the information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, bid closing date, and the tender documents or links you send.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare and deliver your estimate, invoice for it, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share your documents or prices with anyone else.
Form processing
When you send the quote request form, we keep your contact details and request in our customer relationship system (HubSpot), and send you a confirmation email through our email service (Brevo). A copy of the request is also emailed to [email protected] by a form service (Web3Forms). The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a script, is sending it.
Email updates
We send occasional updates only if you tick the box on the form or ask us in writing. Every update has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by replying to any email. Emails about your own request, such as the confirmation and your estimate, are sent without this consent.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We use it only to improve this website.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, loaded the same way, to see how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session replays: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity uses cookies and hides what you type into form fields. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to find and fix parts of the site that are hard to use.
How long we keep it
We keep project documents and estimates while they are useful for your bid and any follow-up questions, and business records as long as Canadian law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Email [email protected].
