What is your hourly rate of pay?
We usually estimate the entire project at once. We can calculate if you are more comfortable working with an hourly rate. To do this, please send us your set drawings to order@admes.ca.

Our service involves the following elements:

We provide complete estimate, including quoted materials, data based materials and labor using Accubid Pro.
Breakdown by systems.
Prepare a list of quoted materials for suppliers
RFIs—Addressing discrepancies, missing information, and items requiring clarification.
Lead letter, if required
Correspondence or communications with architects and engineer consulters if required.

If you have printed copies, you can send them to us by courier or by post. If your drawings are only digital, you can send them to us at order@admes.ca, and we will print them ourselves.
We will send you the finished take-offs by e-mail. Also, they will be available anytime in your personal cabinet on our website.

You can pay any way you like: check, direct deposit, ETF (e-Transfer), PayPal, or suggest your own way.
